    FIELD DAY VOLUNTEERS

    Thursday, June 18, 2015

Our annual field day event will be held on Thursday, June 18, 2014 (Rain Date: Mon, June 22nd) at Ferullo Field. This event is held during school hours. We need approximately 40 parent volunteers to help with the games and activities from 8:45am to 11:45am. There will be a cookout for paid lunch back at the school and ALL CHILDREN will receive a cool treat at the end of their lunch. A permission slip to attend the offsite Field Day and a lunch count for that day will be sent out in the next couple of weeks.

Additionally, 5th GRADE PARENTS that wish to play softball against the 5th grade students must be at Ferullo Field by 12:45pm, as the game will begin at 1:00pm. This event is always a lot of fun as the parent’s team up with the teachers in an effort to beat the student team.

Mark your calendar for June 18th and join the fun!

Slip will be going home week of May 26th!

If interested in helping please contact Meghan Chapman at meg_notes@hotmail.com.

Please note: Volunteers will need to be CORI cleared which takes 48 hours.  Please submit your form to the school secretary, Mrs. White, with a copy of your valid driver’s license.
