PTO Events and Programs

Get Involved!
A few ways to support Linscott-Rumford School are listed below.  Participation can be as much or as little as you are able to give.
  • Join one of the many active PTO committees serving our school population.
  • Become a Room Parent.
  • Volunteer in a classroom (some teachers always love special classroom helpers).
  • Teach a skill or hobby for some great enrichment for your children's classroom.

All volunteers are greatly appreciated by the children, families and staff of the school! It's a great way to get to know the many families at Linscott.

Let us know how you'd like to volunteer - send us an email at
Parents Assisting Linscott Staff is a group of volunteers that help teachers with cutting, pasting, lamination, sorting and remove worksheets from work books. In addition, they may be asked to help in the front office or assist a teacher within a classroom project. A monthly calendar is developed so that the parent volunteers know what day they will be asked to assist in the essential program. Volunteers can come in whenever time during the day they can to help with the list of items the teacher's need done on the whiteboard near the cafeteria.
